Apothecary candle: about 75 hours. Luxe 28 oz 3-wick: 120+ hours. XL tea lights (Discovery Box): about 8 hours each.

Our untreated fruitwood wicks crackle like a little campfire, but they need a bit of care. Burn away from drafts and fans. Pinch off the char before each relight (#pinchtotrim); they mostly self-trim, but trim if the wick is over 1/4" between burns. If it's hard to light, a tiny dab of olive or coconut oil on the tip helps. Prefer less fuss? Some candles (like the Luxe and Pumpkin Lantern) use untreated cotton wicks.

Always let the wax melt all the way to the edge (a full melt pool), especially the first time. This prevents tunneling. Never burn more than 4 hours at a time, never leave a candle unattended, and stop when 1/2" of wax remains.

Matte vessel refills are poured in silicone molds and pop into your jar; a new label is available on request, and custom refill scents can be requested by message. Diffuser refills ship in a PET bottle or barrier bag. Luxe refills are coming soon.
